It's a Jane Austen book. Of course it is. [She has mostly watched the movie adaptations...] ... You should tell me about. What does the book do better than the movie? And just saying "everything" is not an answer.

Well, the biggest difference is the book was written by a woman who understands exactly what story she wants to tell. The movie is directed by a man who just wants to sell a generic period love story to as many women as possible.
