Yeah. I can. [she pulls herself up to her feet, slowly.] You should probably avoid any doors you don't know.

[he nods.]

Is that the only you've been inside? And, can I ask exactly you saw? Did it just look exactly like that thing, or...

Well, no, I was in one earlier where I accidentally shot myself while Mr. Torrance watched. [she says this... so casually.]

I saw a like... a snake? Or something. It wasn't exactly like the UWU, but it opened it's mouth and... had a person in it. So I freaked out.

You - wait, you shot yourself? Where?

[her wrist didn't look bullet wound injured to him, but he hasn't realized that the effect she's talking about didn't leave an injury.]

...I think that would freak anyone out. But, I bet it was some kind of sick joke or trick.

[because otherwise there's a presumably snake eating someone behind the door she told him not to open and he's choosing not to grapple with that right now!!]

[unsurprisingly, he sounds angry as he says that.]

[he pauses - he's still angry, but he's not the one who had to see it firsthand, so he turns his attention back to her.]

[she pauses, looking down at hand - it's more her palm leading to her wrist that has a cut through it, and she grimaces.]

I'm not really scared of a lot of things. [and back at the door.] I'm more powerful than anything I've come across. Except for the UWU.

[he nods, after a moment.]

It'd scare me, too, if I came across one of the only things I couldn't beat.

[she's quiet, absently rubbing at a specific part of the back of her neck.]

[he's not sure whether that'll help right to remember right this second, but - it's worth a try.]
