stares at the ceiling. and then looks back at rupert, and shakes her head.

... she pulls back a bit and clasps her hands together and brings them up to her face, swinging back and forth like some sort of lovesick maiden, super exaggerated. she even twirls her hair between her fingers.

and then she drops that act, and shakes her room key again while pointing to him.]
