I just hope that there's a separate area they're being sent to, and it's at least... calmer than here. Not that it makes it alright that this is happening if that's the case.
The Land of the Dead was... in a poor state from the start, nothing there. They had to work hard to make it livable, but I suppose that's technically still better than simply being dead.

We just have to make sure to get them out by the time we "check-out" according to our contracts... We can do that, we'll save them, and their hostages.
Because it mentions the particular requirements for getting our hostages back...
In order to have our hostages returned we have to put on a good show, and we have to make it to the lobby to check out by the end date of our contracts in roughly eight weeks. While it's... hopeful-sounding early on, we can figure out how to return the dead back to us, we can complete everyone's contracts.
If we can somehow contact them... that will be a good start.
I don't see any reason to believe otherwise, that the dead wouldn't have some place of there own in some place beyond here... I suppose we can keep our eyes out for some way to communicate with them.
There might be some way in the concierge's room, but... it seems blocked off for now.
