Could be something. Could be nothing. People seem to forget that "digging up assorted bits of information that lead to a bigger underlying mystery or plan of some sort" is also a commonality between many games, like these very Thursday ventures that tore you to bits or the trials themselves.
That's true... But the things it's been referring to so far would seem to make sense. Like, the references to stuff we've already noticed. The horse being gone, for one.
Also true. [A little nod.] We may as well continue to collect things and piece them together. Even if it doesn't lead where people hope, it probably leads somewhere - and it isn't as though we have anything better to do.
...Yeah. There's no reason just yet to assume they don't mean what they say about taking away the things we've earned, even if things are getting a little bit more complicated.
That would be an exceedingly foolish move, considering they have the ability to bring us all here in the first place and offer prizes equivalent to some of the very miracles they're threatening to strip away.
Anyways, I actually don't know what it would look like for me if they take away all the stuff we earned, since I died in both games. So... Better not to have to find out.
