I believe he may have found out through Tsurumaru-san... He asked me to introduce myself in my next letter so that he could have a reason to bring me up, so I suppose it isn't something they can speak of freely - the phone, that is.

We did, yes, and they also couldn't speak openly about their roles until much closer to the end of things. That was my guess, as well - and Kaeya-san's, too.

It is! Though I would have preferred for it to stay emptier here, to be honest... [He would not have but he'd feel lower than low if he ever admitted that aloud.] Everyone I've met has been so kind, too.

It's a little bit selfish, probably, but - given how things were back home, even though I wish nobody came to this situation at all, it's been really wonderful to have the chance to meet everyone.

Pretty shortly after I came here... I told someone that no matter what happened here, I think I'd always be a little bit glad that I wound up in this place, because it means I got to meet new people that I never would have otherwise. I still think that's true, even now.
